A report issued by Gartner highlights ShoreTel as the leading provider of Unified Communications solutions in the 20-500 line market.  ShoreTel was the only vendor to be rated with a Strong Positive rating, above all other vendors including Avaya, Cisco, Interactive Intelligence, Microsoft, Mitel and NEC. 

The report sites ShoreTel's advantages with survivability, overall simplicity, focus on the customer experience, and cost-effectiveness. It's important to note the evaluation included direct discussions with customers, resellers and technology partners over several months.
