 Self-manageable

• With the ShoreWare Director, your entire IP phone system can be managed from a single browser-based interface. Instead of multiple PBX, voicemail and automated attendant systems, ShoreWare Director unifies all systems into a single interface.
• ShoreWare Director recognizes all active IP phones on the network and eliminates manual processes by immediately configuring them (except third party SIP phones). New users are automatically assigned an extension, mailbox, auto-attendant profile when they first access their voicemail, and can then be added to an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) group.
• Your IT responsible can detect and solve problems himself.
• The ShoreWare CDR service generates call records for all locations into a single, unified database on the ShoreWare server-there is no need for "buffer boxes" and "polling devices" to integrate CDR data from multiple sites. The service also generates call records into a text file for use by third-party call accounting packages.
• The ShoreWare Director allows you to create a new number, reconfigure the IVR or delete a number.

Personal Call Manager

• Configure different ways to handle calls or voicemail greetings whether you're "in" or "in a meeting" or the "out of the office" mode. Direct the system to route calls to you, voicemail or try to find you by calling your various assigned phone numbers.
• Access all key features such as voicemail in one window with tabbed contents.
• Continue to be effective while away from the desk attending meetings and traveling the corridors.
• The Personal Call Manager can be docked on any side of the screen so it doesn't interfere with other desktop applications.

 Outlook Integration

• The ShoreTel software is integrated with your calendar in Outlook so that you can always be contacted, depending on your settings. With the Personal Call Manager running on your PC you see if a colleague is handling a call or not so you can increase the quality of handling incoming calls.
• Manage voicemail and contacts through Microsoft Outlook.

Founders and team

ZION TELEFONIE was founded in 2008 by Erwin Geirnaert and Jessica Nieuwdorp.

Erwin Geirnaert is a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He is specialized in information security. He obtained different international certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional from ISC² and Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA. He is a respected authority in the field of application security and has years of experience in securing e-business architectures.  Erwin is CEO of ZION TELEFONIE.

Colleagues

Johan Braeken is VoIP and security architect. Johan has more then 10 years of experience in IT security and is a recognized Linux expert. After a career with various Belgian consultancy leaders, including Ubizen, Johan decided to architect and to implement our technical realizations for our customers. Johan has various technical certifications and is expert in network security, firewalls and ShoreTel.

Christophe Joos graduated in 2008 as a Master in Economic Sciences. He specialized in Marketing Management. After a short period of employment at Toyota, he joined ZION TELEFONIE as head of Marketing and Sales. 

Maarten Aerts graduated in 2008 as a Professional Bachelor in Applied Computer Science. He worked at Ordina as a Junior Sharepoint Consultant. Maarten was hired by ZION TELEFONIE as an Application Developer Expert.

ZION TELEFONIE selected innovating and leading companies active in VoIP and Unified Communications as technology partner. These solutions are market leaders in their specific domain and are complimentary.

For the VoIP solution we selected de products of ShoreTel, the number 2 in the US and probably number 1 in the coming years. To secure your VoIP infrastructure from Internet the Swedish security company Ingate offered the ideal solution, the SIPerator.

For firewall and VPN products this is is Check Point. We run Check Point on Resilience hardware that offers a cost-efficient and reliable solution. Our anti-spam solution is MailMarshal that once installed will take care of a spam free e-mail environment. To prevent unauthorized access to information, strong authentication is a requirement. To accomplish this we selected the Belgian producer Vasco for the Digipass family, a strong authentication token.
