MCS Gateways

ZION TELEFONIE is official reseller of MCS products like GSM Gateways. The main goal is to realize savings on your mobile telecommunication costs.

A GSM gateway is device which is connected on a telephone system and contains 1 or more SIM cards. The device acts like a mobile phone. If there is an outgoing call, the telephone system will make the call through the GSM gateway in place of the fixed telecom lines.

Using this solution, your call will be charged as if it's a call from mobile phone to mobile phone, instead of a call between a fixed line and a mobile phone. This can save organizations a lot of money.

Methodology

Microsoft integration

Office Anywhere

Whether they are in the office or on the road, end users can direct calls to any phone of any type, and use ShoreTel's desktop applications as if they were sitting at their desks.

Mobile workers can assign their extension, using the Call Manager, to their mobile phone, no mather where you are.

Remote workers can install a ShorePhone at their home with a build-in VPN connector. Once plugged in, the ShorePhone automatically connects to the ShoreTel system in the office.  

The "Find Me" feature enables callers to find you at different predefined numbers. You can configure that calls first ente your fixed phone, than your wireless phone, than your mobile phone,... ShoreTel will find you!

ShoreTel developed 4 different Call Managers, each with their specific features. These Call Managers are installed on the user's PC or mobile phone. The Personal Call Manager is standard included in each ShoreTel system.

Easy management of your phone system

Telecom Security

Founders and team

ZION TELEFONIE was founded in 2008 by Erwin Geirnaert and Jessica Nieuwdorp.

Erwin Geirnaert is a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He is specialized in information security. He obtained different international certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional from ISC² and Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA. He is a respected authority in the field of application security and has years of experience in securing e-business architectures.  Erwin is CEO of ZION TELEFONIE.

Colleagues

Johan Braeken is VoIP and security architect. Johan has more then 10 years of experience in IT security and is a recognized Linux expert. After a career with various Belgian consultancy leaders, including Ubizen, Johan decided to architect and to implement our technical realizations for our customers. Johan has various technical certifications and is expert in network security, firewalls and ShoreTel.

Christophe Joos graduated in 2008 as a Master in Economic Sciences. He specialized in Marketing Management. After a short period of employment at Toyota, he joined ZION TELEFONIE as head of Marketing and Sales. 

Maarten Aerts graduated in 2008 as a Professional Bachelor in Applied Computer Science. He worked at Ordina as a Junior Sharepoint Consultant. Maarten was hired by ZION TELEFONIE as an Application Developer Expert.
